Will Crawford, business owner of CXC Contracting, Inc, has been a general contractor for over 20 years. He has extensive experience in home remodeling and building renovation; and in 2012, Will decided to start CXC Contracting, Inc where he branched out to more structural types of projects, like moving houses from one property to another, lifting houses to replace foundations, or adding a second story. His goal is to help people better understand the importance of a solid and secure foundation to protect their biggest investment and asset — their home. 

Growing up in Oregon, Will joined the U.S. Army at age 20 and was stationed at the Pentagon, specializing in satellite communications for four years, supporting the Joint Chiefs of Staff. When his enlistment was over, he started his own successful satellite business, got married, bought a fixer, and fell in love with the entire renovation process. Will and his wife took their savings, started their own company, hired a crew, and bought fixer after fixer. From below the ground to the tip of the chimneys, homes were rejuvenated, revitalized, solid, and made beautiful once again . . . something to be proud of and very rewarding.

Will is the person you wish you were related to so you could call him to make sure “these guys” aren’t taking you for a ride. He is thorough, experienced, and not afraid to tell you about your options to make the best-informed decision that works for you, your budget, and your project.

The Crawfords moved to Southern California in the summer of 2008. Mrs. Crawford was transferred, and Will began working in the renovation industry, primarily foundation work, where he has always believed lies the most important puzzle piece to wall cracks, uneven floors and corners, and widespread problems in the home. After seeing this, it was time for Will to get back to running things and doing the job right for the customer!
